# The Hippocratic Dialogue 

### Miya:

> Doctors are dumb, actually. Their field demands only rote memorisation of data and procedures. Like women, some may be smart, but none are intelligent. They are also wrong and hippocritical, they only harm and do not heal, but you already knew that.

### Rachel:

> I came across your old thread and while I hope your opinions have changed since you wrote it, I want to make sure you understand how damaging your claims are to potential readers. You clearly are lacking in education on the topics you're speaking on, so I would suggest keeping your false claims to yourself. You have been reported for not only hate against protected categories, but also threatening women. As an MD, I can assure you that your claims are inappropriate and unfounded. Stay well.

> We are the ones who will always be there for you and your family in times of need with all of the lifesaving materials we "memorised." You clearly lack empathy and would never understand the relationships we work tirelessly to build with patients in order to provide them with the best of care.

### Miya:

> Reminder "healthcare professionals" are not "life savers", certainly not "heroes", they are the fullest harbringers of death and disease, they cure No Thing, emprison you into miamic death dens, pastel nurses of sass the idiot executioner for the Antihippocrates, MD. 

### Rachel:

> Yikes. It looks like you have a lot of hate and negativity in your life that you are trying to find an outlet for.. and that's okay. I only ask that you reflect more about the actual people you may impact with your false and damaging opinions. For a quick example and hopefully reality check, working in hospitals and volunteering at summer camps for children with serious illnesses has given me the chance to meet some truly amazing doctors who have inspired me in this field. When you meet families and pediatric patients who are fighting through childhood leukemia or brain cancer, you see the roles that doctors play in the lives of their patients. They not only give medical and emotional support, they cry with their patients, celebrate with their patients, and are there for them, leading them through some of the most difficult challenge life has to offer. Think about these families who would have lost their children, or the patients themselves who have lost their children, or the patients themselves who are lost and afraid without an amazing doctor. It's a privilege to help people in their time of need. One of your privileges seems to be that you have never had to seek healthcare, and I am glad for you and your family. However, please be more mindful when speaking of topics and people you have no clue about. Reflect on yourself, and be grateful. I hope you find happiness and can work through whatever is bringing you such anger. Stay well.

> Rachel, I understand where you're coming from, and professional empathy with patients may warm your heart, help you forgive yourself for the blood on your hands, but karma is not so blind. You must understand I stand on the side of truth, I suggest you look into iatrogenesis statistics - western medicine is health's world's greatest danger, western doctors are blindly responsible for most death occurring in the world. Poorly researched, poorly trained, and poorly incentivised, that the meass murder is institutionalised does not forgive your complicity. You must look past the dogma, understand the alternative, and realise the path you follow is an incorrigible one. You heal no thing. It is with only immense love and empathy that I direct the people away from your malicious hands. I ask you, ask yourself: Have you or any of your peers truly held up to your only oath, and really done No Harm? Know, that for every unneeded surgery you have "recommended", for every unneeded hospitalisation, every chemical prescription "according to protocol", a karmic thorn is dug in your eternal soul, from which no "abundance of caution" will recover. You blind ideologue of Death, you will understand: I am the most intelligent and well educated individual that you have ever interacted with in your lifetime, and possibly, with humility, you may know my warnings to be true and REPENT.
